PHONE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM (PNS)

The Phone Notification System is our automated phone system that allows the Corporation to expand its service to customers via telephone.

PNS or BEN (Better Efficient Notification) allows for an automated message to specific customers regarding a particular service. The system is  programmed to automatically dial our customers during a specified period. All you need to do is answer your phone and the message begins, and within a few seconds the message is completed. This is a hassle-free, no bother notification and update method, and you will only hear the message once.

The PNS is  used to send automated messages regarding disconnections, billing due date, payments reminders, old age pension renewals, delinquent accounts, as well as other services offered to customers such as leak rebates, senior citizens discount and financial agreements.

So answer the phone! It might just be the call to give you needed information from the Water and Sewerage Corporation.
