The Corporation employs a myriad of professionals, including Accountants, Engineers, Water Industry Specialists, Scientists, Hydrologists, Business Managers, Administrative Professionals, Secretaries, Clerks etc.

Hiring Practices

For quite sometime, the Corporation has limited its hiring practices and has adhered to its policy of keeping the headcount down so as to avoid over employment, but mainly it is in keeping with its contractual/agreements with some International Leading Agencies.

Positions that become available are first offered in-house, as is the agreement between top management and the Corporation’s unions.  If no employees qualify for the post (s), then the position (s) is advertised publically.

In recent times, most of the positions that have become available were filled in-house and vacancies that exists are mainly entry level or those requiring specially trained and highly skilled individuals.
