wscMobile App, Available in the Apple App Store & the Android Market
The Water & Sewerage Corporation is releasing wscMobile, a mobile app in October of 2016. The app will be available in all of the islands where the Corporation provides service. The goal of the app is to provide our customers with a convenient and effective tool to connect with the Corporation and our many services.
wscMobile, has several features that users will find beneficial. One of the key components of the app is its complaint reporting feature. Complaints can now be submitted directly from a smartphone, its progress can be tracked and notifications will be sent when its status is updated. Complaints will also be mapped and users will be able to see those near to their location; this can prove useful if wanting to determine if a leak has previously reported.
A second feature of wscMobile, is that it allows users to access WSC’s online payment and account management platform. Not only does it allow users to pay their bills securely, but customers can view their consumption history, see past payments, download bill statements, get up-to-date account information and manage more than one account within the app.
Outage notifications will be posted and will be accessible from within wscMobile. For those users wanting to speak directly with an agent can do so from our contact page. A toll free number is also provided for Family Island users.
